What's covered

While we make every effort to avoid them, errors can happen from time to time. Our warranty covers your product for any issues that could reasonably be said to have started with us - like foam that cracks or a faulty zip.

What's not covered

What's not covered

It’s normal for pillows and cushions to show signs of use over the years, so we don’t consider ordinary wear and tear a fault under the warranty. We also exclude soiled items and damage caused by accidents (including by pets), disaster or misuse.
