SNUGL was founded in 2017 by Luke, who, after a year of traveling the globe, returned to the UK with a vision.

Having tried every travel pillow available and facing continual disappointment and neck pain, Luke realized that achieving true comfort required a new approach.

Determined to create the perfect travel pillow himself, SNUGL was born from this realization.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your SNUGL purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return the product within 60 days for a full refund.

We’ll send you a pre-paid return label for easy shipping.

2. Free Courier Collection:
We can arrange a free courier collection on a day that suits you. Once the item is returned, we will process your full refund promptly.

24-Hour Product Replacement

While we strive for perfection, occasional defects may occur.

Should you encounter any issues with your SNUGL product, we guarantee a replacement within 24 hours.

2-Year Warranty

Every SNUGL product is backed by a 2-year warranty.

Should you experience any issues, we will either replace the product or provide a replacement cover or memory foam core.
